Cancellation and refund policy

• Cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in will receive a refund of 100%
• Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in will receive a refund of 50%

For stays of 30 nights or longer:

• Cancellation up to 14 days before check-in will receive a refund of 100%
• Cancellation within 14 days of check-in will receive a full refund minus one week of rent
• For long-term bookings, the first 30 nights following the cancellation notice are non-refundable and will be charged as a cancellation penalty.
• Any remaining nights beyond the initial 30-night period are refundable.This policy applies from the date the cancellation is formally communicated to us in writing.
