Cancellation & Refund Policy

Short stays (less than 30 nights):

• Cancel more than 48 hours before check-in → full refund 
• Cancel within 48 hours of check-in → 50% refund 
• If you cancel after your stay has started or you alter your booking midway through, the unused nights are non-refundable.

Long stays (30 nights or more):

• Cancel more than 14 days before check-in → full refund 
• Cancel within 14 days of check-in → refund minus one week’s rent 
• If you cancel after your stay has started or you alter your booking midway through, the next 30 nights are non-refundable, and any nights beyond that are refundable
  

This policy applies from the date the cancellation is formally communicated to us in writing.
